Today room 4 inquiry are trying Empanada which is from a country called Argentina. It even looks like dumplings. Inside the Empanada, it has a pastry in the outside and it has a filling with mince, capsicum, onion, raisins, sweet paprika spices, and sugar to make it sweet. It tastes sweet but there was a little bit of spiciness. It smells like mince and a little bit spicy. It also feels soft and crumbly. It looks like a mince and cheese pie but with no cheese in it. 

I Like Your Latitude

This term our inquiry, is I Like Your Latitude. We learnt about the compass directions. We had to look at the map of New Zealand and compare different places using the compass directions. For example bluff is all the way down the bottom of the south Island.
